The free guides are presented around two issues that people commonly encounter – feeling anxious (keep Calm) and feeling depressed (stay Strong). These are universal experiences that can be fleeting or debilitating. The role they played in your life is determined by your approach and ability.

I compiled these guides based on extensive clinical experience and skills from cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy.

By following these guides, you will learn life skills that increase EQ, improve relationships, and create a sense of well-being.  Unlike math or writing, unfortunately many of these skills are absent from the traditional education curriculum and often not taught by our parents.  I have observed this skill deficit hundreds of individuals that I have worked with.
